Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of Kling 3.0 Pro, an AI Video & Image Generator. It applies to everything you do on the service, including the prompts you submit, the reference images and videos you upload, and the content you generate, store, or distribute. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

By using Kling 3.0 Pro, you agree not to use the service in any way that violates this Policy or any applicable law. We may update this Policy from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Kling 3.0 Pro to generate, upload, edit, store, or distribute any of the following:

• Sexual or Adult Material: Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material of any kind, including nudity created for sexual gratification.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and will remove such content, terminate the responsible account, and report it to law enforcement and the appropriate authorities.
• Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery: Sexual or intimate depictions of real, identifiable people created or shared without their consent, including deepfake pornography.
• Deceptive Deepfakes: Realistic depictions of real, identifiable people created to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate.
• Misuse of a Person's Likeness: Using a real person's image, voice, or likeness for impersonation, fraudulent endorsement, or other deceptive purposes without authorization.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing copyrighted works, trademarks, logos, or branded characters without authorization from the rights holder.
• Violence and Extremism: Content that glorifies, incites, or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or graphic gore.
• Hate and Harassment: Material that promotes hatred, discrimination, bullying, or harassment against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Illegal Goods and Activities: Content that facilitates weapons, drugs, fraud, scams, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Misinformation and Political Manipulation: Fabricated news or synthetic media intended to deceive the public or manipulate elections.

Prohibited Conduct

When using Kling 3.0 Pro, you may not:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent our content filtering, safety, or moderation systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape our AI models, code, or service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service or generated content without authorization.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated systems to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

We use a combination of automated keyword and prompt filtering, automated detection, and manual review to enforce this Policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to:

• Filter, block, or refuse to process any prompt or input;
• Remove or disable access to any generated or uploaded content;
• Suspend or permanently terminate any account; and
• Report violations to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with this Policy and all applicable laws.

Changes to This Policy
